It was made in France of silk lined black rayon velvet. It has an empire waist, a V neckline and a black silk satin bow at the back. An Eclair zipper fastens the back. The velvet is a little crushed at the back of the skirt but it's otherwise in excellent condition, has been professionally dry cleaned and is ready to wear. Measurements: Bust
