60's Skirt Suit by Couture Specialties vintage peplum dress Outer Sleeves: 21 3/4" -1960s Couture Specialties wool suit in blue. Great blue coloring with metal double button closure on the front. Skirt is zipper and button closure. The lining to the skirt is loose around the zipper lining but otherwise wool fabric and blaser lining are in great condition. Flat measurements in last image.
