1983 S/S Mauve Cotton Ruffle Flared Midi Skirt wool jersey and built-in shoulder padsWe have dated this Chantal Thomass high waisted midi skirt to her 1983 S S collection, as the same fabric was used on that season's runway. It was made in France of unlined mauve hand woven cotton, with a ruffle inset in the front and a pocket on each side. A zipper fastens the back. We believe that the skirt has been taken in at the waist (please note the small waist size), but otherwise it's in very good condition, clean and ready to wear.
