50's Navy Blue Fur Felt Saucer Hat by Mr. Walter 90s apple tee seam allowance1950s navy blue fur felt hat by famous designer Walter Florell under the label, Mr. Walter. The hat has a satin fabric ring on top, with a hat pin. On the side is a modern "half bow" accent. It is in good condition, but there are a few moth nibbles to be seen upon careful inspection.
