New elastic in the waist. Fabric: poly crepe very slight stretch Condition: good vintage condition clean and ready to wear. I replaced the waist elastic! Fabric: Polyester Measurements laid flat and doubled Bust 42 Waist 33 40 waist to hem 27 sleeves 19 total length 44 see measurements and allow some breathing room for the intended fit. your
