1940s / 1950s Border Trim Skirt tilt Hip: 37" at 9" downLate 40s or early 50s ivory cotton skirt with a floral border print. This looks to be hand painted but could possibly be screened. Skirt has a high waist and high waistband with a full hem. Skirt closes with a side metal zipper and three hooks and eyes at the waistband. Excellent condition overall.
