1980s does 40s red and white polka dot crepe blouse vintage costume It's quite unusualVery nicely home made, with French seams and hand finishing were it not for the collar shape and plastic backs to the covered buttons I would have dated it much earlier. Nice full sleeves gather into elasticated cuffs. The body of the blouse is a line, gently gathered onto the yoke at the front bodice, and central loose inverted pleat to the back. Its a very soft crepe, I think manmade rather than silk but may be a blend. I would be tempted to alter
