70’s Black Velour Skirt Cross Stitched w/ Bolero 90s tropical dress Large rhinestones embellished trim on1970s black velour skirt with wonderful cross stitch embroidered border! The skirt has an elastic waist and is self lined. It feels like a cotton velour. The vest was found with the skirt but was not original to it. However, it looks great with it! Its made of velvet and is lined with acetate. Made by Justin McCarty. Both pieces are in very good condition. Shown with a blouse that is nit included but is listed separately.
