The body of the dress is tailored from a lightweight black silk crepe to a shift style with a kick pleat in the front of the skirt and falls to just below knee length. It is detailed with cut out petal shapes which circle the waist and reveal the sheer black chiffon underneath. A thin black fabric belt sits over the cut outs and
