It is perfect for everyday use, as well as for wearing over a swimsuit, or for outdoor activities and summer leisure activities. The entire hem is elastic, allowing you to change the silhouette from an A line to a balloon silhouette of your choice by adjusting the tension. (The length can also be adjusted slightly.) The elastic that comes out when you squeeze it can be tied to the loop on the back side.
