Shown in some photos over a spotted blouse, available separately. 1979s boutique label Annie Gough at Gemini. Toggle buttons to one shoulder and repeated to the sideseam at bottom of skirt. Front patch pockets and decorative tie to waist stitched in place as it is. Centre back concealed nylon zip. Bodice is lined, skirt is not. Sorry about the awful lighting! Close ups best.
