Proudly made in New Zealand. Very small amounts of essential oil and fragrance may be incorporated into this base, we do recommend the use of a solubiliser for this. However, carrier oils and other oil soluble active ingredients may not be suitable. Our DIY bases are designed to allow you to create your own bespoke
