Antique Cased Solid Silver Victorian Napkin Ring - Maker William M Hayes minaudiere The mirror is good &A delightful sterling silver cased Victorian napkin ring crafted by William M Hayes in 1889. This antique was assayed* (tested for silver purity*) at Birmingham Assay Office in the same year. The napkin ring is inscribed DORIS MARY BURT in a shield shaped cartouche. The shield shape represents the desire to protect. The underside of the napkin ring is inscribed: Birthday gift from Father & Mother Aug 2nd 1902 The original case is also in super
