Situated on the south side of Jamaica in St. Catherine s Town, the distillery has been producing Rums since the 18th century. Blackstrap Molasses Dark Rum gets its rich, full bodied taste and incredible aroma from locally sourced special third boil blackstrap molasses, yielding a particularly robust flavour that is ideal for cocktails.
