Glowing choker with bow FAUX FUR Shown in silver holographic PVCThese collars start to glow after only 10 minutes of exposure to sunlight or bright indoor light, (fluorescent is best) but they will glow brightest if you can charge them for at least an hour. The glow in the dark trim must be charged under bright lights for a hour or so before you go out (longer is better) and then will glow softly for a few hours in dark clubs or raves. They maintain their glow brightest in clubs with a black light since this
