Stuart Crystal Ring Steel dating from circa 1680-1690This is a wonderful example of a Stuart crystal ring dating back to the 1680's. The rectangular bevelled rock crystal over a gold wire cypher with black enamel shoulders and black enamel under the bezel with white dots at the terminals. It is worth noting that one white enamel dot is missing and there is some enamel loss on the shoulders, this wear is to be expected with such an old ring. Ring size P The head of the ring measures 9. 5mm x 10mm.
