The plants are very hardy and tolerant of both frost and a winter freeze

Height to 40cm x 40cm spreading

Condition the stems overnight by standing in tepid water - the flowers have approximately 10 days plus in a vase

Height with flower stems to around 60-70cm x Spread of about 45cm

These plants will however tolerate poor soil and you should avoid planting in soil that is too rich
