A lovely nose features fruity pears and apples along with maple sweetness and light rye spice. The palate, in contrast, begins with spice notes of black pepper and cinnamon before notes of mint, maple syrup, and oak bring depth and balance. The finish is pleasant with some peppery spice, vanilla, and oak.
