Amabuki Junmai Ginjo Nama Sake Ichigo (Strawberry) - NV (720ml) 2000 Vineyard Sources: Stiling VineyardThis sake is Junmai Ginjo, made with flower yeast of strawberry blossoms. It is well balanced in sweetness and acidity that is almost reminiscent of fresh strawberries. It tastes sweet, but it is not stagnant at all since it has a high level of acidity that helps harmonize with sweetness.
