Glenfiddich 14 Year Bourbon Cask Single Malt Scotch Scrappy's Lavender Bitters the same family of plantsThis core release from Glenfiddich matures in ex bourbon casks for 14 years before a brief finish in new charred American oak barrels. The nose is sweet with vanilla, brown sugar, baked apple, and a touch of cinnamon sugar. Sipping reveals flavors of french vanilla ice cream doused in caramel sauce along with baking spice, light fruits, and toasted oak. The sweet oak finish invites another sip. Bottled at 43% abv.
