This is a compact all-metal ball head (about 6cm tall and 3cm across at the base) that would work well for a tabletop tripod
The 3/8" inner thread can be attached easily to existing heads (just attach it like you would a camera)
This one is de-branded (the little Manfrotto nameplate is off) and there's some cosmetic wear
made in the USA from what you might today call "vegan leather" but is more accurately be described as "petrochemical leather
