This bottling is sourced from two casks from the now defunct 10 Cane Distillery in Trinidad. The original lightly aged cane juice has developed into a mature and complex rum for sipping, bottled at the full barrel proof of 59% abv. The 100% fresh cane juice rum was double distilled in pot still in 2012 in Trinidad, tropical aged in ex cognac
