Imanishiki “Tadpole” Tokubetsu Junmai Nama Genshu - NV (720ml) Farmhouse Ale finishing long and warmImporter's Notes: This Tokubetsu, or special grade sake, has a round fruity aroma, noticeable umami and good supporting acidity. Made with Miyama Nishiki grown locally in Nakagawa Village located between the central and southern alps of Japan. The area is blessed with pure mountain water and clean, crisp air, so much so that you can find tadpoles swimming around in the sake rice fields, living in harmony together with nature.
