Antique American Federal Carved Giltwood Pier Mirror Églomisé Panel NY 1810 Recently Added Framed and mounted under plexi-glassA good antique American Federal period, Classical giltwood eglomise pier mirror, New York, circa 1815. The mirror with a stepped cornice and applied gilt spheres, below are bands of rope twist decoration with three rosette appliques and two pineapple appliques. The mirror has a reversed painted eglomise panel with the original mirror below, these are flanked with rope twist columns surmounted with Corinthian capitals, in good antique condition.
