Karwinskii (Cenizo) "Black Bottle" Mezcal Empirical "The Plum to achieve a bittersweetEl Jolgorio is a range of artisanal mezcal from Oaxaca, made from a wide variety of rare, unique agave species. This special batch of A. Karwinskii mezcal (known locally as Cenizo) was produced by mezcalero Ignacio Parada in the remote village of Santa Maria Zoquitln. Known lovingly as Don Chucho, Ignacio Parada was the first mezcalero to join the Casa Corts collective in 2012 and, historically, has produced a wide variety of exceptional mezcals for
