This whiskey does indeed show its age with the oak presence (much more than Barterhouse)
It is a blend of multiple vintages of estate grown Aglianico from the Paesetum IGP in Campania
It is composed almost entirely of Sangiovese and spends one year in small French oak barrels
without chillfiltration
