Vibrant yellow, with a nose of bittersweet herbs, sage, basil, and rosemary, some honey, and various citrus peels, lemon zest most prominently. The body is sharp and, again, bittersweet, chewy with loads of green herbs and citrus focused, plus a lively woody brambly note on the finish that pairs
