They produce premium estate grown wines like this Cabernet Sauvignon that showcases a blend of two vineyards, highlighting their biodynamic and organic practices. Winemaker Ashleigh Seymour hand selects and blends the top blocks for each vintage, which are fermented separately in new oak and French oak puncheons, as well as barriques for 7
