The fruit was pressed and allowed to settle naturally, before fermenting in stainless tanks until ready for bottling. Luscious aromas and flavors of buttered croissant, key lime, kiwi and Meyer lemon curd on a matrix of fresh minerality with a bright freshness that makes this a no brainer for a warm afternoon with friends.
