It has 400% greater visibility than regular paint. When topcoated with Seymours UV resistant Clear coating, it provides exceptional outdoor durability. For best results use Seymours Hi Tech White Primer (#16 805) as a base coat. Two coats of Spray Glo are recommended followed by a UV resistant clear coating of Hi Tech Gloss Clear Acrylic (#16 121).
