This is the signature wine of Santa Vittoria. Jasmine, Oloroso and nut on the nose, caramel, honey and toffee flavours run deep and beautifully entwined through this wine. Delicious. Some bunches are hung from the ceiling to dry, others dry on ventilated trays. Botrytis is encouraged
