Joy School is a Chardonel, and no we did not fat finger that spelling. Chardonel is a cross of Seyval and Chardonnay which was bred in New York. This wine shows the soft orchards fruits of Seyval with a richer texture and a hint of custardy richness. 5% whole berries lends a fresh, crunchy undertone
