Penstemon | Snowstorm Frances Palmer Perennial | Protect from frostA beautiful pure white penstemon with buds that are creamy with the palest pink tinge that open to pure white. An excellent flower for cutting, flowering from early Spring and continuously throughout the year in our mild climate. Deadhead regularly to encourage repeat flowering. Penstemons thrive in a well drained soil and are actually quite drought tolerant although a layer of mulch is appreciated. Plants have a bushy upright growth habit. The best
