Distilled from molasses on the Multi Column still of Travellers Distillery in Belize, this was aged for 13 years in bourbon barrels in Belize City, then transferred to Javrezac, France to further age in Ferrand cognac barrels for 2 years. It has a dosage (added sugar) of eight grams per liter, and an ester level of 92 g hL AA. Shows rich aromas of fresh sugar
