Not light or especially modern looking, but sturdy. This one has good locks and a shorter top plate with an open slot for the camera mounting thread. The open slot is a factory thing, not a modification, so dont panic! Very long control arms and solid metal construction make this head suitable for larger format cameras. In very good condition, with some cosmetic
