The Cuve de Conti is a carefully crafted blend where Smillon, picked at ideal ripeness, provides generous body and structure; Sauvignon Blanc adds brightness and tension; and Muscadelle brings floral nuance and perfume. The winemaking includes total destemming and pellicular maceration for 48
