Chateau Combel La Serre 'Château Cuvée' Cahors, 2021 spanish red the Madiran is a series100% Malbec. The grapes are 50% destemmed, 50% whole cluster which gives the wine a good balance of fruit and structure. 100% organic. We would pair it with roast duck and smashed fingerlings fried in the fat.
