Domaine Paul Pillot Bourgogne Blanc, 2023 shandy aged Irish WhiskeyVERY LIMITED. This wine is made of 100% Chardonnay sourced from organic vineyards in Chassagne Montrachet and Remigny. This Bourgogne Blanc is rich but balanced by youthful acidity and freshness. It is aged in large oak barrels, 10% of which are new, bringing a soft creaminess under notes of almond croissant, citrus, yellow apple, and pear.
