The grapes are selected from young vines from some of Schloss Gobelsburg's best sites including the Lamm, Grub and Renner vineyards. The wine is young and fresh, being aged in stainless steel, and is a pure expression of Grner. We would pair it with schnitzel, pickled onions and an herby potato salad.
