Art Deco Opalescent Glass Bead Necklace posy rings with hallmarks dating it toDATE: Art Deco, c. 1920 This striking 1920s necklace is strung with round glass beads featuring a colourful opalescent nacre reminiscent of petrol on water or a bubble. Whilst it's not marked, it was likely retailed by Liberty London who at the time stocked a range of opalescent glass jewelry. The clasp comprises a barrel within a larger bead with silver fittings.
