The face of the plate has a Chintz, almost Chinoiserie motif' with a blue transfer floral and stylized flowers reminiscent of daisies or mums. The flowers are enameled in bright colors of orange, yellow and turquoise creating a striking pattern. The relief border edge accentuates the beautiful design. Very hard to find!
