The chain bracket bolts onto the CrossWing head piece that mounts onto your 5th wheel kingpin. When hitching up your trailer, the chain hooks link up to the 5th wheel loops anchored in your truck bed. This kit includes the safety chain assembly only (anchor loops sold separately).
