In fact, we only use Upper Left Honey (our new cooperative honey brand) in these caramels. This honey came from hardworking Pacific Northwest bees and was gathered from the nectar of over 100,000 flowers! The honey gives the caramels a flavor all their own, and if you are at all like us you will find them more than a little
