This plate looks a lot like creamware having an embossed border resembling an open basket weave or trellis with daisies in between

The border is a rusty red transfer and looks like a seaweed

For consideration is this stunning antique transferware turkey plate in green transferware with handpainted color in the pattern Florence by Bisto (Bishop and Stonier)

I wonder if it either was ever used or if someone may have taken the original hardware and had a new fat paddle made but never used it

you have to pick them up and really look to see it but I have discounted these anyway
