There are three flowers on the front, attached to the wire. As you can see, the gap currently is rather small and it will nicely fit a smaller size wrist. But it is possible to carefully make it larger, to fit a medium size wrist too. Inner circumference from tip to tip is 15. 5cm (6") and weight is 21gr.
