Cleto Chiarli 'Vecchia Modena' Lambrusco di Sorbara artisan and a specially cultivated yeast100% Lambrusco di Sorbara. It is a wine of utmost purity, pouring a deep pink, with red berry and herbal aromas. The wine is fresh, mineral laden, extremely mouthwatering and quenching at the same time. It is extremely delicate, pretty, and velvety, and would pair nicely with oysters dressed with mignonette, boiled pork meatballs with ricotta, or the ever so occasionally spicy shishito pepper, blistered and served with lime and Maldon salt.
