Use the decoupage with napkins, wallpaper, or decoupage paper. This product covers 35 square feet. Cure time is 21 days. Top coats are not necessary, but can be used over the Decoupage and Transfer Gel (just let it dry first). How to use: Apply the Decoupage and Transfer Gel using a synthetic bristle brush over a painted or wood surface. Place your
