It depicts a perfectly bucolic scene of a working water mill nestled into a wooded landscape

so I am not completely certain which it is

minor surface scratches and minimal crazing

Intricate handles and geometric border. Measures: apps 10. 5" Unmarked11" handle to handle x 10" x 4" tall Condition: several chips around base and rim There is a spider hairline on the bottom which does not show through. Still a lovely piece for display.
