Domaine de Majas 'Petit Bonheur' Côtes Catalanes Rosé, 2025 west coast style Centennial & ColumbusThis wine is made from 100% organic Grenache Gris. It is harvested by hand, direct pressed and aged in concrete on its fine lees. This ros is simply lovely with notes of fresh strawberries and raspberries and a pleasant minerality. Pair this with a red potato pizza, topped with spicy sausage and broccoli rabe, and indulge in a "little joy".
