Albet i Noya 'Petit Albet' Brut Rose Penedès, 2024 PLAYHOUSE15 or as we call itThis delicious ros is made from 60% Pinot Noir, and 40% Garnatxa. Peneds is famous for producing wines of place, with grapes grown almost exclusively organically and within the region's boundaries. The same may not be said for all wines labeled "Cava". Enjoy this fruit rich, palate cleansing, pretty sparkling ros with grilled chicken or lamb "pintxos" tapas style skewers drizzled with fresh olive oil and served with a dilly yogurt sauce on the side.
